Overview
Beryl Labs (BL) is a data intelligence startup within The Beryl Consulting Group LLC that structures and enriches complex public and alternative data to deliver decision-making intelligence to hedge fund, private equity managers and institutional investors. Developed from the ground up by a team of investment professionals and technologists, the BL marketplace provides unique due diligence match-making technology to buyers and sellers of actionable data.
Product Designer
My Role
As the first designer on the team, I'm responsible for all user interface design decisions to create a seamless user experience for platform visitors. This includes creating visual guidelines, brand identity and component library for the platform as well as conducting heuristic analysis on existing wireframes and re-designing the platform's architecture.
I'm currently working closely with the marketing and analytics teams as well as other stakeholders to gather constructive feedback and strike a balance between user needs and business requirements, aligning with the product vision.
